Sacramento, CA (May 30, 2006) – Arrival Communications was honored today at the Small Business Association luncheon by California State Senator Roy Ashburn (R-Bakersfield). Senator Ashburn presented the Small Business 2006 Award to Arrival CEO, Tony DiStefano. Arrival was chosen as the outstanding business for the 18th Senate District, which includes Kern, Tulare, Inyo and San Bernardino Counties.

Senator Ashburn praised Arrival’s accomplishments and contributions to the competitive landscape. “Companies like Arrival are the backbone of our economy,” said Senator Ashburn. “Not only does this dynamic small business create jobs within their own walls, but by facilitating high-tech communications technologies in underserved areas, Arrival is assisting the far reaches of our rural economy to thrive, grow and create still more jobs,” Ashburn added.

Arrival’s CEO, Tony DiStefano received the award on behalf of Arrival. Mr. DiStefano stated “The State of California clearly recognizes the role that small business plays in driving California’s economy.
