TelePacific Communications is a facility based carrier headquartered in Los Angeles and the leading competitive carrier in California and Las Vegas.

This combination will enable us to better serve our existing customers and new customers, according to Arrival CEO Tony DiStefano. It will provide us with resources and technology that TelePacific, as a larger company, has at its disposal.  The combined company will offer new products and have an expanded reach to serve customer locations throughout California and Nevada.  At the same time well continue to provide the local support and expert care that our customers have come to expect and value. 

Arrival Communications is a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC), providing voice and data services to more than 5,000 businesses in the Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto and San Luis Obispo areas. The company offers a full suite of business products including, SDSL and T1 broadband Internet access in addition to local, centrex, long-distance, toll free, and voice mail services on a single bill.  Founded in 1991 and managed by a group of individuals with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, the privately held company based in Bakersfield, California utilizes a highly trained, direct sales force to proactively design cost-effective voice and data solutions for small to medium sized companies.

TelePacific, with customer care centers in Los Angeles, Stockton, and Las Vegas, has been in business since 1998 and provides service through a combination of TelePacific owned switches and network infrastructure. The company offers local and long distance voice, dedicated Internet access, private networking and data transport services as well as bundled voice and Internet solutions. TelePacific manages more than 75,000 customer accounts with 800,000 access lines.

Q Advisors LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Arrival in connection with this transaction which is expected to be completed once regulatory approvals are received in 60-90 days.
