Arrival Communications to be Acquired By TelePacific Communications
Bakersfield, CA (December 6, 2006) - Arrival Communications, a leading
provider of voice and data communications services to businesses throughout Central California, announced today that it had entered into a definitive agreement to be
acquired by TelePacific Communications. TelePacific
Communications is a facility based carrier headquartered in Los Angeles and the
leading competitive carrier in California and Las Vegas.
This
combination will enable us to better serve our existing customers and new
customers, according to Arrival CEO Tony DiStefano. It will provide us with
resources and technology that TelePacific, as a larger company, has at its
disposal. The combined company will offer new products
and have an expanded reach to serve customer locations throughout California and Nevada. At the same time well continue to provide the local support and
expert care that our customers have come to expect and value.

Communications is a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC), providing voice
