Q – Do you take payments over the phone?
A – Yes, we will take payments over the phone between 8am and 5pm Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

Q – Do you accept credit card payments?
A – Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Q – Can I pay my bill online?
A – Yes, effective January 2, 2006, we accept online payments via Arrival Online Account Access.
