DSL & T-1 SupportPort Mapping
Bridged Connection – Your connection is assigned
a public IP only. Arrival does not block any TCP or UDP ports. Port
mapping may be set-up by you or your IT administrator.
Routed Connection – Your connection is assigned a public and private IP. The private IP is not visible via the public internet. If port mapping is required for a routed connection, please call into Customer Care at 888-950-2100, option 2.
